How we determine Shipping and Handling rates:
- The shipping & handling cost for your order is based on the total value of the order prior to application of any discounts or promotions.
- Depending upon the items purchased and the shipping destination, different shipping methods will be available.
- You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.
- Shipping and handling will be charged at the time of shipment. In the event, the original purchase contained a pre-order or backorder item, shipping and handling will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment.

APO/FPO Delivery Time
- Standard delivery will be up to 30 business days.

Gift Cards
- Shipping is free if you select Ground or Economy Ground delivery for orders containing only Gift Cards.
- Free Gift Card shipping is only available for addresses that are eligible for Ground or Economy Ground delivery.
- When other items are ordered along with Gift Cards, sales tax and shipping and handling will be applied to the value of the items, not the Gift Cards.
Expedited shipping for Gift Cards is available in the lower 48 states, excluding PO boxes:
