Where is my Order?
To track and check the status of your order, sign in to your account. By logging in you can access your detailed order history. It may take 48 hours after your order has been shipped before tracking is available.
How do I use my promo code?
To redeem a promotion code, enter the code during check out in the promotional offer code box, exactly as it appears on your email, printed offer or webpage. Click "Apply" and your discount will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one promotional discount code, per order, may be accepted. Please refer to the offer details in the redemption information found where you received your code. Store survey codes are not valid for online purchases.
Why have you stopped making my favorite fragrance?
We are sorry your favorite fragrance is no longer available! We make decisions to discontinue a product or fragrance, only after taking into account many factors and never retire items based on impulse. We carefully consider consumer responses to fragrance and purchasing patterns from all over the country. Your opinion matters so much to us! Please email the name of your favorite product and we will forward the information to our Product Development Team. In the meantime shop our Online Exclusives, which include several classic Bath and Body Works fragrances, you won't find anywhere else!
What is your return policy?
Love it or bring it back! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don't absolutely love the quality of our products, you may return them to any of our Bath & Body Works stores. Click here to view our detailed return policy.

Why is my credit card information not being accepted?
If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, make sure you are using a valid credit card and double check that the billing address you entered matches your credit card account billing address. Also try re-entering your CID or security code. If you have validated that the information is correct, and an error message is received at another attempt, call us at 1-800-756-5005.
