At Bath & Body Works and White Barn stores in Canada, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If at any time you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return them to any of our Bath & Body Works or White Barn stores in Canada for a full refund, subject to this policy:
Original Receipt – An exchange or refund will be issued based on the original tender. Refunds are based on the purchase price shown on the original receipt. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Credit card purchases will be credited back to the original card.
Gift Receipt – An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for the purchase price on the gift receipt. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the credited amount.
No Receipt – If you don’t have a receipt, the return policy posted at the time and place of your return will apply to your return. An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item, factoring in all promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons that may have applied.
Gift Cards – Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash unless the total gift card balance is less than $10. TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO GIFT CARDS.
Price Adjustments – A one-time price adjustment from the original selling price to the current selling price will be issued for in-store purchases when the original receipt is presented within 14 days after the date of the original purchase.
All returns, exchanges and price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase. Payment & Return Policies may vary by store locale; if the return is made with a receipt, the policy on the back of the receipt governs. If the return is made without a receipt, the policy posted in the store of return governs.
