I received it and it was not foamy at all it seemed as if someone had added water and watered it down!

Buyer beware
Don’t buy online. Purchase in store if you must. Bought 17 soaps, only 2 properly wrapped, the rest are a sticky mess. And have to return in store, online will not take them back unless you pay to ship for their error and poor packaging.
