Pleasantly surprised, not too floral
Impressed with how well I liked this actually. Took a chance because I like carnations, but remained doubtful that I would like this scent on me- personally- but figured I could tuck it back for a Christmas Gift. When I smelled it independently, I didn't actually care for it- it binged funerals- which hey, I appreciate Goth as much as the next girl born in 1970, but generally we don't dress for it daily- it's special occasions and holidays. However, when it settled, it didn't smell so traditional floral on me- which is awesome.
I haven't tried all of the products, but so far- so good. I would say- that on me- the scent - though in the floral family- translates to more of a honey-sugar vibe first, then into more of a sweeter floral like apple blossoms or even petunias - before settling into more of a subtle fresh laundry floral. I like it.
