Poor quality from online
Do not purchase items online- they are of lesser quality than in store. This is the second order I’ve had that was below standards. I ordered 17 soaps- only 2 were wrapped properly to keep from leaking, the rest were thrown in the box… literally. Everything was sticky and one was leaking. I had this happen with wallflowers last time. I was even hesitant about ordering after that last mess of an order- but the soap was on sale and I was not going to be able to get there in person at the store- so I tried it again. This was the last time, I won’t do again. (And customer service refuses to do label to ship back- you have to take to the store- which is completely out of my way.)
