We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from Bath & Body Works. If for any reason you’re not, simply return or exchange your products, following the below guidelines!


RETURN OPTIONS & GUIDELINES: ONLINE PURCHASE (UNITED STATES)

RETURN IN STORE

Any items(s) purchased online or by phone that you are not 100% satisfied with may be exchanged or returned in Bath & Body Works Stores located within the United States.

If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please email us or call us at 800-756-5005.

  • Original Invoice: A merchandise credit or cash (excluding shipping & handling charges) will be issued for the return. For orders where PayPal was used as a form of payment, only an exchange or merchandise credit (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be issued for the return. If you prefer a refund to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges) please follow our Returns by Mail instructions. Order Confirmation emails cannot be used as proof of purchase. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.
  • No Invoice: If you do not have your invoice, your return will be subject to the return policy posted in the store at the time of your return. An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item, factoring in all applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons that may have applied.
  • Gift Invoice: An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for the purchase price on the gift invoice (excluding shipping & handling charges). All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.
  • Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards: Gift cards/E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless the total balance is under $10. TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO GIFT CARDS.

ADDITIONAL RETURN IN STORE GUIDELINES

All returns, exchanges and price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase. Payment & Return Policies may vary by store locale; if the return is made with an invoice, the policy on the invoice governs. If the return is made without an invoice, the policy posted in the store of return governs.

In select stores (excluding Massachusetts), a government-issued ID is required for all returns and exchanges. Bath & Body Works will electronically scan this ID for the sole purpose of preventing return abuse. Bath & Body Works does not sell the information obtained through this process. You will be limited to $250 in non-receipted returns within a 90 day period (this does not include defective merchandise).

RETURNS BY MAIL

  • STEP 1: Complete the return form on the bottom of your invoice. Enclose the return form inside the box and keep the top half of the invoice for your records.
  • STEP 2: Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise & paperwork are included.
  • STEP 3: Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and tracked. Return shipping fees are the customer’s expense. Mail your package to:

Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit.

ADDITIONAL RETURN BY MAIL GUIDELINES

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). If you paid with a Gift Card or E-Gift Card, a new E-Gift Card will be issued and emailed to you. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept exchanges only at Bath & Body Works stores in the United States. Online purchases may not be exchanged by mail.

RETURN IN A STORE

Items purchased from BathandBodyWorks.com can be returned only to Bath & Body Works stores in the United States, or by mail.

If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please email us or call us at 800-756-5005.

RETURN BY MAIL

Purchases made in a Bath & Body Works Store may only be exchanged or returned in a store located in the same country. Return & Exchange processes may vary depending on your country. Please contact your local store for details.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

A one-time price adjustment from the original selling price will be issued within 14 days after the date of original purchase.

ONLINE PURCHASES

To receive a price adjustment for purchases made online, please locate your order number and the current selling price available on BathandBodyWorks.com and email us or call us at 1-800-756-5005.

STORE PURCHASES

Please visit your local store to request a price adjustment for purchases made in store. The original receipt must be presented to receive an adjustment to the selling price that is currently being offered. Price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase.
