Rated 4 out of 5 by teacherangela from Enjoying some pretty smells in my car! When you open the package, do not throw it out until you locate the piece that attaches to the vent. The two pieces are packaged separately and you slide the clip onto the back. I accidentally threw out my packaging and had to fish it out of the trash. Also, my holder came with the vents closed. It's a neat feature that you can adjust the strength of the smell! You need to turn front and back pieces of the holder to open the vents. I do wish the smell was a little stronger. Also, maybe use caution if you live in a place where it gets super hot! Others have commented that their fragrance may leak in extreme heat. I try my best to use a sunshade and/or remove any items that could melt (like my car lip gloss) when it is over 100 degrees. Overall, great item! Will be purchasing fragrance refills.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Julieitaly1 from No clip attached I bought this a year and a half ago, and was so excited to use it. I couldn’t figure out how it worked, and searched the internet and YouTube for a solution, but nothing helped. After reading some of the reviews I realize I didn’t receive a clip on the back of it. Now I’m really disappointed, yet somewhat relieved that I’m not going crazy, after all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by KatR2 from Didn't last a year I really liked the sleek classic look of this and that it even had adjustable venting on the back to change the strength of the smell. However after about three seasons I noticed I could no longer turn it to adjust the vents on the back, I took it off my dash to try to see if i was turning in the wrong way but instead I found that the plastic had warped and it was no longer adjustable so my it was stuck closed on the back, in the process of all this the clip also ended up cracking and loosing a prong because it couldn't handle the tension from me trying to turn open the vents. I assume also weakend by the same heat/sun that warped the plastic around the vents as well. Wish it was available in a sturdier metal material that would hold up better to sitting in a car in the summer.
