Smells exactly like a lime!
Love the packaging, also love how it makes your hands feel. Smells a little bit too much like lime at first but still good :) Isn’t added to my list of faves though

Makes my hands dry
I’ve been buying BBW hand soaps for almost 10 years and never had any problems until I bought the gentle gel. I recently started using the gentle gel formula. I normally don’t have dry hands, but I started noticing my palms are dry and flaky after I use the gentle gel. The scent isn’t bad but the formula is.

Not worth the Money
Definitely disappointed that Bath Body no longer has the Creamy Luxe and Deep Cleansing hand soaps. I do not like these soaps at all and won’t be buying anymore. They are like the cheap soaps they have in public restrooms.

Where are the Suds? Very disappointed
I really do not like to give poor reviews but I felt compelled to do so. I am an avid B&BW customer and have been for many years. I LOVED the deep cleansing and creamy luxe hand soaps and the rest of my family loves the foaming soaps. Since there are no dc soaps anymore (are they coming back?) and such few selections of the creamy luxe, I decided to try this gel soap. What a big mistake and such a waste of money. The gel is SO thin and watery that you have to work hard to make even the smallest amount of lather. I saw another reviewer state that due to inferior quality of the gel soaps and the disappearance of favorite and sudsy soaps that they will stop shopping at B&BW. I am very near to that point and I am saddened by it. I will try other creamy soaps like Dove. No wonder there are hardly any reviews for most of the gel soaps.
