Credit cards will be pre-authorized at the time of purchase but won’t be charged until the item ships. Backorder dates are approximate, and while we make every effort to accurately estimate the ship date, they might change.
How can I check the status of my backorder?
If you are a registered user, sign in to My Account to view your order information. The expected availability date will be shown until the item is ready for shipment.
Can I make a change or cancel my backorder?
You can cancel a backordered item, but we can’t make other changes. To cancel a backordered item, call us at 1-800-756-5005 and we will be happy to help.
