A cross between a gloss and a lipstick, this creamy, lightweight formula packs staying power with a punch of satiny color. The unique showerhead applicator dispenses drops of shea butter-infused color that hydrate long after the first use. Hydro-attracting powdered silicone (consisting of two interlacing polymer networks) absorbs water and swells, creating a mousse-like look and feel.
