Occasionally we may be unable to fulfill a part of your order and a product may be backordered. Credit cards will be pre-authorized at the time of purchase and will subsequently be charged at the time of shipment. Backorder dates are approximate, and while we make every effort to accurately estimate the ship date, they are subject to change. We will inform you by e-mail if the expected ship date of your item(s) change.
As soon as your item(s) become available, they will be shipped without additional shipping and handling charges.
How can I check the status of my backorder?
To check the status of a backordered item, you may click on My Account and sign in to view your order information if you are a registered user. The expected availability date will be reflected until the item is available for shipment.
Can I make a change or cancel my backorder?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to backordered items. To cancel a backordered item, please call us directly at 1.800.756.5005 and we will assist you with your request.
When will my backorder ship?
Items will be shipped as soon as they become available. An email will be sent containing the estimated ship date of your backordered items. Registered My Account users may track the progress of their shipment by logging in and viewing their Order Status.
