Pre-Orders and Backorders
At select times throughout the year, items may be available to be reserved through pre-order or backorder. Items available for pre-order will reflect an expected in-stock date during the ordering process. Once pre-order item(s) are added to your shopping bag, a valid form of payment will be required to reserve the item(s). Credit cards will be pre-authorized at the time of purchase and will subsequently be charged at the time of shipment. Backorder and pre-order dates are approximate, and while we make every effort to accurately estimate the ship date, they are subject to change. We will inform you by e-mail if the expected ship date of your item(s) change.
In the event that you choose to purchase an in-stock item and a pre-order item, shipping costs will be assessed based on the entire order total and charged at the time of the initial shipment. Once your item(s) become available, they will be shipped without additional shipping and handling charges.
How can I check the status of my pre-order or backorder?
To check the status of a pre-order or backorder item, you may click on "My Account" and sign in to view your order information. The expected availability date will be reflected until the item is available for shipment.
Can I make a change or cancel my pre-order or backorder?
To make changes or cancel a pre-ordered or backordered item, please call us directly at 1.800.756.5005 and we will assist you with your request.
When will my pre-order or backorder ship?
An estimated ship date is provided for all pre-orders and backorders. Items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
