Bath & Body Works Gift Cards are available in denominations of $15 - $250.00. Our gift cards never expire and can be used online, on the phone or in stores in the United States.

How to Purchase a Gift Card.

To make your purchase, simply:

  • Go to our Gift Cards page
  • Select your Gift Cards and Quantities
  • Choose your Amount(s) and Customize your Gift Card Message(s)
  • Click "Add-to-bag"
  • Proceed through Checkout and Send your order.
  • The purchase value of Gift Cards does not apply towards offers

Delivery & Shipping of Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards arrive tucked in our signature gift box with a customized message
  • Orders containing only gift cards will receive free standard ground shipping
  • When other items are ordered along with Gift Cards, sales tax and shipping will be applied to the value of the other items, not the Gift Cards.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please refer to the chart below.
  • Funds may take up to 48 hours to appear on your gift card.

If your gift card is lost, stolen or destroyed, Bath & Body Works may replace it if you are able to provide us with the gift card number. The replacement card will be the value of the gift card at the time Bath & Body Works receives your report of loss, theft or unauthorized use. Please contact Bath & Body Works retail Customer Service at 1-800-756-5005.

Returning Gift Cards

  • Cash may only be exchanged for Gift Cards under $10

Bath & Body Works Gift Cards can be redeemed online, on the phone or in stores in the United States.

How to locate the PIN:


In order to redeem your Gift Cards at BathandBodyWorks.com, you must enter both the Gift Card number and personal identification number (PIN) for each card during Checkout. Your PIN is located underneath a scratch-off field on the back of the Gift Card.

If you are having trouble locating your PIN, please contact us at 1-800-756-5005.

Please note that some Gift Cards purchased in the retail stores do not have PIN numbers and cannot be redeemed online. If your Gift Card does not have a pin, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-756-5005 to redeem your Gift Card.

Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card and can be applied to future purchases.

To check your available balance on a Bath & Body Works Gift Card that was purchased on BathandBodyWorks.com or in a Bath & Body Works store in the US, please call 800-640-6052. For all other Gift Card inquiries, please contact us.
