Delivery & Shipping of Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards arrive tucked in our signature gift box with your customized message.
  • Gift Cards will receive free standard ground shipping.
  • When other items are ordered along with Gift Cards, sales tax and shipping will be applied to the value of the other items, not the Gift Cards.
  • Express shipping options are available for Gift Cards shipped within the lower 48 states, excluding PO Boxes, for an additional fee. Please refer to Shipping & Handling page for more details.
    • Note: Funds may take up to 48 hours to appear on your Gift Card.

Returning Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards may be returned in Bath & Body Works stores if original receipt is presented and the Gift Card number matches that shown on the receipt.
  • Cash may only be exchanged for Gift Cards under $10 in Bath & Body Works stores.

Redeeming your Gift Card

  • In Stores: Present your Gift Card to a store associate when checking out.
  • By Phone: When placing your order, give your card number and PIN to Customer Care.
  • Online: During checkout, look for the section marked "Gift Card/E-Gift Card" on the Payment page. Enter your Gift Card number and PIN, then click APPLY. A credit card is not required if the Gift Card balance covers the entire order total. Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card.

Gift Cards purchased at Bath & Body Works stores in Canada are not redeemable online.

How to locate the PIN

Bath & Body Works back of gift card


In order to redeem your Gift Cards online, you must enter both the Gift Card number and PIN for each card during checkout. Your PIN is located underneath a scratch-off field on the back of the Gift Card.

Please note that some Gift Cards purchased in Bath & Body Works stores do not have PIN numbers and cannot be redeemed online.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Gift Cards are issued by Bath & Body Works GC, LLC and are redeemable for merchandise only, and for cash when the balance is under $10 (this amount could change, based on future revisions to applicable laws, in which case such a change will be reflected on our online and in-store return policies, and on subsequently issued gift cards), at all BBW or WB USA & Puerto Rico store locations and online at BathandBodyWorks.com.

Gift Cards may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, used to pay down a credit card balance or buy another gift card. If your Gift Card is lost, stolen or destroyed, BBW or WB may replace it if you provide the card number. Replacement card will be the value of the card at the time BBW or WB fully processes your request. Gift Cards have no expiration date.

Key in your mobile number to text for your balance (the "Program"), read the terms and conditions, and then hit Submit or Send; the requested text or texts will then be sent to your phone via automated technology. Using the Program constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions") govern the following distinct mobile texting or messaging programs (individually a "Program," and collectively "Programs"), sponsored by Bath & Body Works (the "Sponsor"), and delivered through the services of our service provider.

AGREEMENT DETAILS & NOTICES

How does it work?

Where invited to sign up and agree to a Program, first read and ensure you understand these Terms & Conditions in order to continue, then key in your mobile phone number for the Program you want, and then either hit Submit or Send, complete and execute a form, or execute similar functionality. This final or executing action on your part then results in your agreement and authorization to receive the requested text, texts, message, or messages (on the terms invited) via your phone, associated with the mobile phone number you entered.

You may sign up and agree to a Program in a variety of ways including, without limitation, through Websites and applications (e.g., desktop or mobile), or by mobile telephone service (e.g., in response to an invitation to sign up via short-code).

Signing up and agreeing to use the Program constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions in order to receive the requested texts or messages (which may include such content as offers, promotions, tips, invitations, advice, and other Sponsor information) from a Sponsor, and sent to your phone via automated technology.

TEXTS OR MESSAGES WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGY (WHICH IS SOMETIMES REFERRED TO AS AN AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE DIALING SYSTEM).

YOUR AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE THESE TEXTS OR MESSAGES THROUGH A PROGRAM IS NOT REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF PURCHASING ANY PROPERTY, GOODS, OR SERVICES.

Participant Requirements

You must have a wireless device of your own capable of 2-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service. Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your individual wireless pricing plan, in accordance with your wireless customer agreement. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Consult your wireless service provider regarding their pricing plans.

Participating Wireless Carriers: Alltel, AT&T, Boost, Cellular One, Sprint, T-Mobile ®, Verizon Wireless, and Virgin Mobile USA. This list of participating carriers ("Participating Wireless Carriers") may change at any time without notice.

The service is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas at all times and may not continue to work in the event of product, software, coverage or other changes made by your wireless carrier.

RIGHTS

Dispute Resolution

First Step: Informal Dispute Resolution:

If any dispute arises regarding these Terms & Conditions, this Program, or Sponsor's delivery of text messages via automated technology to you (individually a "Dispute," and collectively "Disputes"), then you and Sponsor agree to send a written notice to the other providing a reasonable description of the Dispute, along with a proposed resolution of it. Sponsor's notice to you will be sent to you based on the most recent contact information that you provide Sponsor (including via text or message). But if no such information exists or if such information is not current, then Sponsor has no obligation under this section of the Terms & Conditions governing Dispute Resolution (this "Dispute Resolution Section"). Your notice to Sponsor must be sent to: L Brands, Inc., 3 Limited Parkway, Columbus OH 43230 (ATTN: Legal Department). For a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of notice from the other party, Sponsor and you will engage in a dialogue in order to attempt to resolve the Dispute, though nothing will require either you or Sponsor to resolve the Dispute on terms with respect to which you and Sponsor, in each of your and Sponsor's sole discretion, are not comfortable.

Second Step: Binding Arbitration:

ANY DISPUTE DESCRIBED ABOVE THAT CANNOT FIRST BE RESOLVED THROUGH INFORMAL METHODS AS DESCRIBED IN "FIRST STEP: INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION" OF THIS DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER THE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION ("AAA") then in effect (the "Rules"), except as modified herein. BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, EACH PARTY IS GIVING UP ITS RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD BY A JUDGE OR JURY. THE ARBITRAL HEARING SHALL TAKE PLACE IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO. After the hearing, the arbitrator(s) shall decide the controversy and render a written decision setting forth the issues adjudicated, the resolution thereof and the reasons for the award. Payment of the expenses of arbitration, including the fee of the arbitrator(s), shall be assessed by the arbitrator(s) based on the extent to which each party prevails. Any decision rendered in such arbitration proceedings will be final and binding on the parties, and judgment may be entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Federal and State Courts in Franklin County, Ohio:

ANY ENFORCEMENT OF ANY ARBITRATION DECISION OR AWARD MAY ONLY BE INSTITUTED IN A STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO. ACCORDINGLY, YOU AND SPONSOR CONSENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF SUCH COURTS FOR SUCH MATTERS.

No Class Action Matters:

Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be joined or consolidated with any other arbitrations or other proceedings that involve any claim or controversy of any other party. THIS MEANS YOU AND SPONSOR AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS REGARDING SUCH DISPUTES AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. There shall be no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or on any basis involving Disputes brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public, or other persons or entities similarly situated. But if, for any reason, any court with competent jurisdiction holds that this restriction regarding arbitration on a class-action basis is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the Dispute must be brought exclusively in a State or Federal court located in Franklin County, Ohio. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Dispute Resolution Section, any and all issues relating to the scope, interpretation and enforceability of this paragraph, including the class action waiver provisions contained herein (described as "No Class Action Matters" in this Dispute Resolution), are to be decided only by a Federal or State Court located in Franklin County, Ohio, and not by the arbitrator.

Limited Time to File Claims:

IF YOU OR SPONSOR WANT TO ASSERT A DISPUTE AGAINST THE OTHER, THEN YOU OR SPONSOR MUST COMMENCE IT (BY DELIVERY OF WRITTEN NOTICE AS SET FORTH IN "FIRST STEP: INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION" OF THIS DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION) WITHIN THE APPLICABLE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FROM WHEN THE DISPUTE ARISES, OR IT WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
