  • How does your mailing list work?
    We attempt to mail every customer who signs up for our mailing list at least once a year. We send a variety of mailers, so the coupons in your mailbox may be a little different than those of your friends and neighbors. In fact, you may receive a coupon when others don't and they may receive one when you don't. Please know that we want to give each of our friends a chance to save on their favorite Bath & Body Works items at some point during the year. We also frequently send out news, information, and special offers via email so we encourage all of our customers to enroll their email address on our website.
    When you visit our stores, website, or call us, we will often ask to verify your customer information. We want to have the most updated address information for our customers so that we can send special offers on products that you will enjoy.

  • What is your return policy?
    At Bath & Body Works, no sale is ever final. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for something else in our store or receive a merchandise credit card to use whenever you like. If you prefer a refund, just show us your sales receipt or invoice and we will be happy to provide a credit to the original form of payment.

  • I lost my gift card, what should I do?
    If your gift card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, Bath & Body Works may replace it if you are able to provide us with the gift card number. The replacement card will be for the value of the gift card at the time Bath & Body Works receives your report of loss, theft, or unauthorized use.   • Will Bath & Body Works make a charitable donation to my organization?

  • What is your policy regarding animal testing?
    We believe all living creatures deserve respect and would never think of testing any of our products on animals. Likewise, we don't ask anyone who may be helping us develop or make our products to conduct these kinds of tests on our behalf.

  • Can I open a Bath & Body Works Store in my hometown?
    In order to provide consistent, high quality service and products, each store is corporately owned. This way, we are able to provide our associates with the support and information they need to give our customers the kind of experience they expect from us. This is so important to us, that we do not offer franchises or distributorships.
    At this time we are not soliciting request for franchise partners within the US or internationally. We also do not authorize third party reselling of our products.
